Im a 20 year veteran of IT with experience and vast knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting and am generally considered the most knowledgable amongst my peers. I will assist you with your IT needs. I know audio/video as well. Essentially anything with a microprocessor that isnt industry proprietary, I can help you with(and if youre patient and know resources to learn then i also can help with industry specific[ive learned medical and dental hardware that way])
Also, an hour is flexible, and I am generally generous so depending on the circumstances and the trade offered i would be willing to help for much longer periods of time
Training & Qualifications
I am certified by both dell and hp for laptop, desktop, and server repair in residential and enterprise. I started as tier 1 support and worked my way up to DevOps over 10 years in many different industries so I have learned the general structures of IT infrastructures. Prior to that Ive got a history supporting friends and family since I was 8 years old. Im ITIL certified as well. I know active directory, office, tcp/ip, html, java, every version of windows starting from win95 to win10, osx and ios to an extent, network design, vpn, router/switch configurations, voip, and many many more.
