I will help calm your panic attack

I suffer from debilitating panic attacks. There are ways to calm these down, and to know what your triggers before your attacks occur.
I offer a calm voice, methods of breathing and have found ways to decrease these attacks.
I will FaceTime or Skype during the duration of the attack.
You can put on your comfy socks, lie back and feel at ease once again.
You will be put at ease to where you no longer feel the pressure of the stress that lead to the attack.
If you request I will help you track how long the attack lasted, what caused it, and the method that worked best for calming you the quickest. So that if you feel the need to discuss this with your doctor, you will have the basics to start with.
Again I only know these from personal experience not in any medical form.
I do strongly suggest telling your doctor about these there is help available!
Training & Qualifications
I am a panic attack sufferer. I know these are hard to stand and can leave you exhausted. I am just a friend and soothing voice during this vulnerable time.
I am not a doctor or psychologist. Just a friend who gets and understands these things.
