Omg! So delicious. Kelly made me a batch of authentic Nanaimo bars. Last time she made me a Lemon poppyseed loaf. I only had about three pieces of the... loaf cause I shared it with coworkers. This time, though, I am going to eat the Nanaimo bars very slowly and keep them all to myself. Thanks! Kelly..... For making me homemade treats. Yum! show more

Here I am, sipping on a café latte and enjoying the afternoon sun. I just finished a piece of Kelly's Lemon-Poppyseed loaf with Lemon glaze on it. DEL...ICIOUS! I love it!!! So yummy..... Lemony goodness. Apart from the outcome of this deal being very sweet for me, the whole process of exchanging with Kelly has been very enjoyable. Kelly is an open, delightful, dynamic and genuinely friendly person. Like me, she is an animal lover. So when I went to pick up the Lemon loaf, we chatted for a bit. Kelly is an offline acquaintance of mine frim a Meetup group so it was really great to connect one-on-one. Kelly is a lovely person and an excellent baker. show more
