By using Dr. Kat’s “Ask a Doctor” and other Simbi Services, you explicitly agree that any personal health information provided by you or generated through your use of Simbi is not considered Protected Health Information (PHI) under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA). You further agree not to provide to us and/or Dr. Kat any health information and/or other information that you are not authorized to disclose.
