Intro to Eating Gluten-Free
10
Uh oh, you've just been diagnosed as gluten-intolerant or Celiac, and you have no idea how to navigate your new restrictions! I can help. I was diagnosed in 2013 and since then have made the adjustment to live gluten-free. I can answer your questions, and tell you where all the sneaky gluten is hidden (it really is everywhere). I can give you advice for ingredients, and tell you what brands you can trust.
As someone who can’t eat gluten, I often feel like a nuisance when I am invited to be a dinner guest. Make your guest feel welcome, and learn how to accommodate their needs from me. I'm available for those who would like to cook for a gluten-free friend. I can give advice and offer possible alternatives to help with your meal planning.
We can talk for approximately 20 minutes over the phone or on Skype. During this time I can give you an overview and answer any questions you have. If you’d like you can send me a list of any questions you may have in your initial message so I will know how to best help you during our time together.
If you would like to just ask some questions through messages I will answer them for a reduced price depending on the complexity and number of the questions. If this is the route you'd like to take, please indicate this in the message and make me an offer, I will likely accept.
