Have an essential oil question? I'll answer it. I am a certified aromatherapist currently working on my clinical program. I can give you advice on anything essential oil related, including safety guidelines, product recommendations, how to diffuse, what to do when you don't have a diffuser, and anything else in between.

I would also be happy to provide a comprehensive, personalized essential oil synergy recommendation. The initial consultation includes filling out a medical history form provided by my school. Once completed I will ask further questions about what you are looking to support and create a personalized synergy just for you. I can suggest which oils already in your collection will best suit your needs for your particular ailment or emotions. If you do not already have a favorite supplier, I can also provide a list of resources to purchase the components to your oil blend. Once I have your medical history, additional synergistic blends can be easily created for you, or combined with your initial blend. Essential oils can be enjoyed from a diffuser if you have one, and many other forms if you don't!
