Plan healthy gourmet vegaetarian dinners for 1 week utilizing information I know about you. I do this for myself and my partner and I would LOVE to do it for you too!
What I need to know about you:
-Dietary needs/restrictions/food allergies
-General time to prep meals
-Your general weekly grocery budget (this could be difficult as I know dinner is only one meal out of the day and you may also already have ingredients laying around!)
-List any foods you can't stand/do not prefer
-List any foods you love/prefer
-Can you handle spicy food and to what degree? (I generally do not cook with hot spices).
-Do you have a mixer? A food predecessor? (Asking to calculate time it may take to create a meal)
-Anything else you want to share that the above questions did not cover.
I will send you 5 recipes tailored to your needs along with any notes I have about them. I am happy to send in a PDF or doc version.
Training & Qualifications
I have a BA in Social Justice and American Indian Studies and am pursuing a Masters candidacy in Environemntal Studies. Plus, I'm Servesafe Certified and I love recipes.
I cook vegetarian meals that often end up vegan. I recently cooked a gluten free vegetarian Christmas Eve dinner too!
