Guide you to appropriate resources. Help figure out what your goals are and how to get on a path to achieve them. I can even go to the gym with you to show you the things I do and help with your form.

Disclaimer: I am NOT certified in any sense but i am also not here to just preach nonsense. I'm just frustrated with the misinformation that's spread about exercise and nutrition, and want to help fix it.

Training & Qualifications


A materials science student, have taken some mcb courses, have been weightlifting since 2012.

Availability & Preferences


Monday, wednesday, Friday 7am for in person training. Almost any other time for online consulting.
