I can help you learn how to workout independently, teach you the different styles of working out, give basic nutrition information to help you get started, and teach you about the different muscle groups as well as how to train each one.
Training & Qualifications
I've done fitness modeling and learned the lifestyle over a few years of lifting myself.
Availability & Preferences
monday-sunday pretty flexible at the moment.
