I can help make the world of food intolerances easier to understand! I'm able to adjust recipes to avoid certain intolerances and advise ingredient substitutions that can make cooking and baking much easier for the food sensitive.
We prepare food that considers the following food intolerances:
Potato, Egg, Dairy, Soy, Seafood, Wheat, Fruit and Sugar.
Training & Qualifications
10 years experience cooking for 7 people with food intolerances. We strictly follow our Caroll Food Intolerance results and don't live on eating just air and water!
