I'm a writer based in Nevada. I blog about healing from PTSD caused by rape trauma, and I also touch on rape culture and other social issues. It is my goal to facilitate healing for others through my ...writing and Reiki services. I was first attuned to Reiki in 2009, in New Mexico. I mostly used it for myself, and occasionally, I offered friends freebies. In 2011, I received my Level II attunement in Portland, OR, and decided I wanted to offer Reiki to others more frequently. My hope was to build a business, but it never really came together. I've been focusing on caring for my kids for the last two or so years, but am ready to get back to the workforce. In my "spare time," I like cooking/baking, learning about Middle Eastern dance, writing in my blogs, and reading. I'm also hoping to get back to what I loved before I had children, which was yoga, belly dance, and the occasional night out with friends and wine. That's me in a tiny blurb.
