Born in Venezuela and raised in Miami has influenced his creativity with an exposure to a diversity of cultures.
Juan Carbonell is a Graphic Designer that uses his love for the arts to be expressed through many different mediums.
Consequently, this has enhanced his success in working on brand development and image with companies such as
Coca-Cola, Minute Maid, IDT Telecom, PNC Bank, Moen and Rite-Aid. Juan’s career is driven by his love for the arts.
Constantly looking for new are of artistic expression in which to show his creativity, he has a wide range of projects that include ventures from street murals to fine works of art displayed in several galleries across the country. When he is not designing logos and campaigns, Juan uses his talent as a graffiti artist. His ventures range from street
murals to fine art displayed throughout South Florida. Kenwood Elementary, where a mural exposes young children to
creativity and art. His artwork can be seen at The Lotus House in Downtown Miami, the only shelter in South Florida for battered women and their children. Whether it be teaching an art class at a summer camp or exhibiting work at
local festivals, Carbonell enjoys being an active member of the community. Moreover, his experience as a street artist has
allowed him to display his talents as the featured artists for events such as Greyhound’s “Unleashed Tour” and Mun2
TV program, “The Roof” and “Nitido”. Recently his fine art was used for the face of the New Prepaid SiGosm Money
Preferred Master Card®.
