I am an amateur chef and willing to prepare a meal for you on demand with what I have on hand or with notification can customize and make prepared meals for easy grab and go meals. I specialize mostly in Italian and American foods. I smoke meats and grill alot of chicken pork and beef. I use as much locally grown food as I am able to source and have alot of recipes from around the world. All prices are negotiated based on size and season. Just looking for something to eat today, this is not your meal. Want to get meals for lunch or dinner thats quick and personalized I can make upto 10 individual meals single servings size delivered to your house in usually less then 48 hours. What ever time constraints will be worked onto everyone's schedule.
Training & Qualifications
I have cooked for almost 20 years now. I started when I was just a teenager and continue crafting meals for friends and family now that I have more time at home why not lend it out to the community. I figure your busy at what you do and I am home with a small space of day when I can make a few extra meals, so why not put that to the community and then they can help me with their skills of trade.
Availability & Preferences
Virtually most days but for service delivery, my worl revolves around my daughter so if she is sleeping then thats my only real limitations.
