I have now for several years trains many people in the Martial arts and have blended my styles into MMA (Mix Martial Arts).
I provide services depending on your goals
Whether it be fitness, weight loss, self-defense, hobby, competition or other.
A break down will be made into various specialties whether that be striking or grappling.
With 10 years of experience training and competing in various martial arts.
with a Background that includes both traditional and sport.

An introduction is made to new students not only to martial arts but into the Martial arts culture.

I have been doing Martial arts for 10 years now.
Holding belts in various disciplines that include,
WT Taekwondo ( World Taekwondo) ,
BJJ ( Brazilian Juijitsu),
Isshinryu karate,
Judo,
Greco-Roman Wrestling
I have train over 200 students from novice to intermediate.
I qualification in that I have also competed and won various medals both in my state and region of the USA.
This includes Tournaments such as International presidental Championship Yong in University, NAGA ( North American Grappling Association), Grappling Industries, the NC state games, IBJJF, New Bred, Fight Lab, ex......
