I'm completing a bedroom edition that was started a decade ago that was put on hold after the studs and most of the underlayment was finished. The carpentry part I can do easily, and I know local code and it's in my plans, but the city planner for Gresham, OR needs drawings of everything - including roofline, rafter heights and size, size and composition of roof studs, and seems annoyed at my not knowing what symbols he uses for outlets and stuff.
So these plans are kicking my butt. I need help from someone that has architectural or construction experience in drawing up what planners want to see, plus all this stuff the planner is requesting to finish the plans I submit along with my permit applications.
If you're in the area, I can offer housework or yardwork, carpentry, repairs, some basic car repair and maintenance - your basic male low-wage hands-on stuff. If virtual, all I have is 55 simbi.
