Jon gave me straight forward information. He was very knowledgeable and informative. He took his time with me, and didn't get frustrated by me being ...a girl asking a bunch of uninformed questions. He gave me several options, and finally he had to tell me the sad story. His bedside manner was very comforting. It's hard to hear your vehicle needs major repairs. But, before confirming the bad news, he had me try several possible (temporary) fixes. Thank you, Jon. I know I will be seeking your advise again as I'm always having car trouble.
