From a mockup(or I can completely make one up without) I will make a pixel perfect re-creation of your button in html+CSS I will also do a hover state for that button and if needed a disabled state for that button. I will also make the buttons have an animated transition between states. HTML+CSS will be provided via codepen.
You can tell me how you want it to animate - or personally I suggest allowing me to get creative. I've made probably thousands of buttons for sites I will make something cool and unique for you.
For active and disabled state javascript may be used to demo the button.
Code will follow best practices, as well as be clearly documented.

May use SASS however the final CSS is viewable in-case you can't use sass on your site.
