I will mentor you in the practices of sustainable weight loss. In a 30 minute phone or Skype session, I will assess your situation, your goals and make recommendations.
I've been where you are now. I've felt helpless and intimidated by the size of the problem. And disappointed in myself for not making more progress. I know how tough it is. I'm here to help.
Training & Qualifications
I am a Certified Personal Trainer. But my greatest qualification is that I have lived this experience. I lost 115 lbs 16 years ago, resolved diabetes, hypertension and fatty liver disease. I have maintained my health and fitness for over 15 years now. But I am not an outlier. My wife joined me on the journey to reclaim my health and active life. She lost 55 lbs at the same time and has also maintained.
On a very personal level we know what it takes. We know what is at stake. And although we very well know everyone is different with different life circumstances, we believe our experience provides valuable insight into some very generally applicable interventions that are critical to the long-term maintenance of progress in weight, fitness and health.
