This will expand on the ideas presented in my Intro to Nutrition service. This will go into advanced topics that are based on actual research studies on nutrition. All sources will be provided along with a cheat sheet and the slideshow used for the presentation.

I do a lot of nutritional research looking for the best ways to maximize nutrition in my diet. While I put a lot of focus on nutrition, I refuse to sacrifice flavor. If something doesn't taste very good, most people won't eat it no matter how nutritious it is. My goal is finding the right balance.
Availability & Preferences
I'm usually available in the evening (EST) on all days of the week but I'm flexible if the need should arise.
