John P Matznick has a 20 + years history of professional and technical managerial positions in the Telecoms and Information Technology industry. I also have an extensive background in client server technology consulting, systems implementation and network architecture. I have worked in multi national environments and companies in countries such as Japan and the United Kingdom.

I would like to make contact with like minded individuals to leverage technology and sustainability for their particular project or problem they are trying to solve as well as find or share resources to make those projects happen. Green builders and Architectural firms are welcome to contact me.

Current News...
I have been focused on managing our real estate and tenant base in TX and CA the past 12 years and continue to build and manage our portfolio. We are liquidating assets in CA and N Houston to focus on Austin TX.
A recent purchase in Rhode Island will put us on the East coast during the Summer months.
I am always looking for sustainable projects to be apart of either in TX or RI either as sweat equity or payed projects.
I am also building up my solar consulting business GreenTechFusion.com and already have well over 50,000 Watts of solar installed and well over 75,000 Watts sold since 2014.
