At one point in my life, I struggled to make ends meet and lost 100lbs through... necessity. Unfortunately, 6 years later, I've gained it all back. I struggle with losing weight because I have a passion for cooking on top of being a boredom eater. However, I've pretty well taken care of the boredom eater part of things and I've been using my inventive side to try to make healthier meals... which I always find ways to make unhealthy (which is strange given that I don't even /have/ hardly anything in my kitchen anymore...
So I need to remove the passion element from my kitchen while I work on this. I need to let somebody else decide what I eat and how much. Because honestly... the biggest killing blow is I eat enough per sitting to likely sustain 3 people and I don't even realize I'm doing it. On average, I don't eat as I busy myself at work and at night I eat... a bowl of ramen... still hungry so I'll munch of some dumplings or something... still hungry so I... you get the idea. And when I do cook... man... 3 helpings of over sized bowls, easy.
Right now I'm investing most of my income into my grandfathers wood shop so it's really simple what I need. I need a set of maybe 2 weeks (6 days each, Tuesday is for tacos and I just need to be told "you can only have two tacos") of recipes with the smallest shopping list possible for a SINGLE SERVING each.
