We have 60,000 thoughts every day. 90-95% of these are the same as yesterday. And most of those are negative. Rest assured, they are not all your thoughts. They have been given to you while you were growing up, at school, your parents, media, you name it.
Good news, you can regain control over them easily. 10 minutes of daily meditation can help you gain clarity, concentration and maintain a healthy attitude towards yourself and life in general. I should know, I have been meditating for over three years now, every day. It helps me manage pain, have a happier disposition and even got rid of a couple of addictions because of it.

Training & Qualifications
I am a trained hypnotist, a skilled meditator and a naturotherapist. I am an avid reader and love learning. The only thing I love more than reading, is teaching what I learn. For the books I read are mostly to learn new and innovative ways to optimize my life.
Availability & Preferences
I can be free during days, evenings and even weekends sometimes.
