I am a father of three, married for 20 years. I live life as it comes and am slowly learning to take on life by the horns. I started on the path of self help at 18 years old, in my backyard with The peaceful warrior from Dan Millman. I was hooked. Read it in 6 hours and haven't stopped since.

I love learning, sharing, teaching, loving and laughing. I overcame addiction with meditation and hypnosis and now I share what I have learned so that more can live free.

We are all prisoners of our own minds. I have come to realize that the thoughts that swim in there are not my own. Through no fault of theirs, my parents, my teachers, my peers have filled me up with nonsense. The more I meditate on my thoughts and the more I find that I can easily disassociate with them.

Dali Lama once said that when we speak we are simply repeating what we already know. It is in silence that we can learn something new.

I have also taken to vibrational healing with Tibetan singing bowls. As I meditate I am more and more in tune with my own frequencies. Negative thinking, sickness, unhealthy habits and eating bring our vibration down. On the flip side, laughter, love, dancing, singing, healthy eating, walking outside, fresh air and nature bring our vibration up.

I meditate upon awakening to clear my thoughts and silence the mind. Then I journal to write my own script and affirm the positive outlook I want to see and feel in my life.
