Project Management & Technology Training Through the work of training new clients on their ethics and compliance software, I have honed my project management skills and my ability to serve several c...lients at a time. This effort is exemplified in an average of 9.5 out of 10 on client satisfaction surveys over the last 2 years and my ability in assisting with landing deals worth over $100,000 through leads and up sells. To address a strong unmet need for our team, I developed a successful internal product onboarding program that was then chosen by leadership to be replicated across all product lines for services teams to onboard to our ethics and compliance services model. In the nonprofit world, I have used my entrepreneurial spirit as part of a team that built a client information system on the Salesforce platform for a large nonprofit in the Portland area. I have trained several staff teams of which I have been a part, in a variety of environments on many topics and hosted many staff orientations, all staff events and service learning experiences. Nonprofit and Educational Entrepreneurship I was a Teach for America corps member in Phoenix, Arizona- achieving an 80% mastery of subject matter with all of my English classes. I was also a founding member and Lead Teacher at a small nonprofit school in Portland committed to assisting those with greater barriers to learning in a K-8 setting, serving as choir director as well and created three performance opportunities for our students.show more
