Let me help you tackle your Executive Dysfunction challenges! No judgement, no shame, no ridiculous systems of schedules or lists that have never worked and probably won't ever. Whatever area of Executive Dysfunction gives you trouble, there are real solutions. I'm not here for gimmicks or neurotypical advice, I'm about doing whatever works for YOU.

Training & Qualifications
I am ADHD/Autistic and one of my main challenges in life is Executive Dysfunction. I've spent a large portion of the past 5 years finding solutions for my own Executive Dysfunction, as well as managing a close-knit Facebook group of over 6k members, specifically focused on Executive Dysfunction (the group is no longer active, please don't ask to join). I have lists for specific common topics (like food, managing a budget, cleaning, keeping schedules), but I'm generally a giant databank for Executive Dysfunction hacks.
Availability & Preferences
Flexible, but usually 10am-10pm are my most functional hours.
