Hey! It's Jess. I have been a licensed massage therapist in the state of Louisiana since 2007. Throughout the years, I have continued my education in alternative therapies such as energy healing, emotional release, Reiki, aromatherapy, yoga, meditation, holistic nutrition, and stress management techniques. My passion for clean living is integrated into every aspect of my work through using 100% all natural, organic, health focused products.
In 2016, my experience and passions led me to create a holistic service studio designed to restore and renew the sacred strength that dwells inside all of us. Many times we place ourselves last on the list and end up feeling overwhelmed, burned out, and frustrated with life.
