Sweedish, Deep Tissue, Acupressure Meridians, Chua-Ka, Sports Therapy-studied under Tony Poland (2xTeam USA Olympic Therapist), Triggerpoint (also taught by Tony), Joint Mobilization /Sensory Repatterning, Reiki, Polarity, CranioSacral Unwinding-studied under Gary Strauss-internationally known energy bodyworker, and Chakra Balancing.
*I also integrate Native American Animal Medicine Card Readings upon request*
I'm also an Artist!! (water color, acyrlic, Murals , Pen Sketcher) I'll paint on anything!
