I will teach you my homemade assisted sourdough recipe and help problemshoot for first time bakers. This bread is soft and chewy on the inside with a flavorful thick crust and mild sourdough flavor. I call it assisted because it uses sourdough starter along with instant active yeast.
If local I will share a portion of my sourdough starter with easy care instructions along with my local source for organic flours.
Training & Qualifications
I have been working on the recipe for over a year as a novice baker and foodie. Trying to feed my family the most nutritious, delicious, and easy food as possible and ready to pass on what I've learned.
