I will spend time with you determining:
-Your current lifestyle (diet, activity level, exercise level, etc.)
-Your nutritional needs based on current lifestyle (e.g. Frequently working out? Higher protein foods are important.)
-Your goals (e.g. "Eating more nutritious food," "Weight loss," "Getting stronger," etc.)
-How to reach your goals!! This could include workout schedules, meal ideas, simplified scientific explanations regarding nutrition, exercise, and mind&body wellness (e.g. How does sugar lead to weight gain?)
This is a service for giving you some scientific understanding of health and weight loss (not necessarily connected items!) and how you can make LIFESTYLE changes in order to reach your goals in ways that are SUSTAINABLE and HEALTHY.
This is not:
-Teaching you how to only eat 1,000 calories a day
-Teaching you unhealthy weight loss tips (read: The Master Cleanse)
Training & Qualifications
I have been researching nutrition for the past 5 years of my life, simply because it's extremely interesting to me and an important aspect of my life. I believe in eating (almost) anything you want in moderation, and I also believe that the ONLY way to achieve sustainable weight loss is through changes that fit with YOUR lifestyle.
I started researching/writing/editing content regarding Nutrition, Chronic Conditions, Exercise, Mind and Body, and Weight Loss for the past three years! My work is published to everyday people and has been correlated to improved biometric screening results (i.e. Cholesterol levels, blood pressure, etc...).
