I will provide a recipe that is authentic to the Gaelic / Irish culture. You will be able to pick between soups, meats, stews, breads, and desserts. Each recipe will provide the ingredients needed, clear and concise instructions, and any specialized tools you might need to create the recipe.

Training & Qualifications

I grew up in a Irish-Roman Catholic family, with a long line of Irish heritage going back several generations. Many of these recipes have been passed down family member to family member, and have been used for family get togethers and parties.
