I will analyze how your business is currently being run and give you a plan for a more efficient process along with advice for how to foster teamwork within your company. I will also teach you to be a manager that people fall all over themselves to please. The restaurant business is tough and owner-operators have a tendency to burnout and lose their passion because they are focusing on the wrong things. Together we will take steps to prevent burnout and create a plan for your business's longevity and longevity of your role within the business.
Training & Qualifications
I am a former restaurant owner. The restaurant industry has been my livelihood for the last 23 years, and as a result, I know it inside and out.
