My dynamic approach to wellness is governed by three principles
1) Balance is achieved when mind and body become one.
Here at Transcendence we understand that you are more then just a physical body. True health is achieved when mind and body become one. As the mind/body becomes one, we reach a zero point where our energy is allowed to flow freely through us. This zero point field is present in every cell and permeates health throughout the physical body.
When the body feels good so does the mind. The mind takes that good feelings and returns it to the body. This creates a yin/yang cycle that is used to align the mind and body. Knowing that we are more than the sum of our parts is what allows us to become more whole.
2) The more we let go the more we are whole.
The secret to healing is letting go and allowing the conscious mind to merge back with the whole. When the mind and body become one, healing energy is released and allowed to flow freely throughout the body. Transcend your daily stress by allowing yourself to let go and feel the flow as I use the universal energy of push and pull to relax your stress away. Like gentle waves, my healing hands will wash away your stress, leaving you feeling relaxed and invigorated.
3) Yin/Yang Theory
Push and pull created the universe, shaped the world and govern our bodies. There is a delicate balance between push/pull that exist in each of us. I use push/pull and weave it into graceful holds and flows that are designed to re-balance the body.
Yin/yang is the study of how things act, react and interact. For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction, the body is no different. Here at Transcendence we incorporate this theory into our massage therapy sessions, yoga classes and our daily lives.
