Recipes from my family

My family have a long culinary history in India and Britain, going back through the generations you will find most were chefs. And down through the generations they have passed recipes which are unique to my family's cultural heritage. Each individual puts a spin on these dishes, to suit local ingredients, tastes, and just their own personal preferences. Most of mine come from my father, who learnt them from my grandmother.
Living in Australia, we are surrounded by many different cultures and their foods, and my father and I also enjoy experimenting and putting our own twists on dishes from other places, especially Singapore from where my mother is from.
We can have a conversation about food, and your tastes/preferences. From there, I can suggest things you may like, and I'll send you recipes to try out yourself :)
