I will cook for you, offer different ways to approach food and cooking, suggest grocery “bundles” to use as kitchen essentials to eat well on the cheap. Eating well requires time, patience and a sense of inquisitiveness / curiosity. We often sell ourselves way short on the pleasures of food. Let’s practice conscious acquiescence, preparation, cooking, eating, digestion and integration. Together.

I have cooked for most of my life. I’ve picked up good things along the way. I cook plant-based meals and have learned the art of cooking via experience in vegetarian dining establishments and fellow foodies.
