Fitness Session @ Trout Lake

Trout Lake Community Centre is a great fitness obstacle course for someone of any fitness level. Join me for a 45-60 min session and I'll show you how to use both the community centre building and other bits of John Hendry park as your own personal workout gym, without costing a cent. Also happy to lead groups!
I am not a personal trainer, but I've been on a long fitness journey and can totally adapt this to any fitness level, along with giving you ideas on how to increase your fitness level at a steady pace.
Coal Harbour CC is another great location with a lot of obstacles.
I'm also happy to run repeat sessions and be a workout buddy, weather permitting!
Training & Qualifications
Plenty of creativity and a lot of experience dragging my own ass into some semblance of shape. I went from asthmatic, overweight and unable to run at all, to being able to run laps around Trout lake.
Availability & Preferences
Weekend evenings and some weekday evenings.
