Sacred Play SOUL Dance Class

I lead all souls in a beautiful " Soul Dance" practice, which is healing dance modality in which we work with out highest selves through movement and clear intention.
First, we'll get clear on our intentions. Send up your dance/play for a special sacred purpose- even if it's to bring out your own light or get your body moving.
-Feel the energy centers of the body
-Ground down our energy to Gaia
-Connect up and out to our Soul Star
-Expand your Light Body
-Explore creative healing movement.
No judgement or ability requirements.
This class is an hour long session. Can be done solo or with a friend.
You'll need some space, skype, and comfy clothes you can move in.

Training & Qualifications
I have been teaching dance to children through young adulthood, and now weave healing and movement together to work with all souls to clarify, purify, and send our highest intentions.
I have lead this class as transnational workshops and events, and have experienced transcended spaces through my own practice.
