My small team and I are fitting rockstars. We love to work with brides, and have the cutest little shop with handmade wooden box for you to stand on in front of big mirrors, and the most fun local handmade wedding jewelry and accessories.
Working with brides at this special time is so much fun, and we love non-traditional brides, and embrace diversity and welcome you with love.
This service is if your wedding is coming up within the next 8 months or less. If you are dramatically shifting in size, we will need to wait until you your sizing is steady to begin alterations.
Fittings can only be conducted in person at my Mission, KS location, unless I happen to be traveling your way. I have plans this February to visit Denver, and March-April in Oregon and California.
We especially love creative projects, where we can make your gown more perfectly “you”!
Ideas we love:
Lowering a back, making a straight-across neckline a sweetheart, adding lace straps or scalloped edging, adding a detailed belt, adding colored tulle under your dress… we could go on!

We stock a variety of beautiful belting options, from clean satin to fun textures, pearls, crystals, as well as fun hairpieces, veils, and jewelry.
Training & Qualifications
I am a fitting ninja! I can look at your gown on your body and help you determine the best alterations for a perfect fit, and work patiently with you to review all of the options.
I have been offering bridal alterations to brides in Kansas City for 10 years, and work for some of the most awesome bridal shops in the city, in addition to creating delightful eco custom gowns for brides.
I employee the best seamstresses in the area, and together we perfect your dress to fir you beautifully.
Since I haven't yet figure out how to pay mr. rent man or my seamstresses or groceries in trade, I will only be willing to make selective trades for this service. All quotes will be given in person and we will work out the cost estimates/trade options on an individual basis.
We also re-create heirloom wedding gowns, should you have access to a family treasure and wish to have it re-designed for your wedding.
Our general pricing is $150 for sides in OR Hems on most wedding gowns.
