Depending on what you are looking for, we could do lessons in understanding flavor or knife skill, or a particular cuisine. Another option is for me to walk you step by step in making a dish, learn a new recipe!
Training & Qualifications
Before going to the Culinary Institute of America I had worked in restaurants my entire life, my passion and love of food and exploring flavor has made my world so much brighter! I have certificates in Food Safety and Bar safety.
