I am a Chef. Graduated from Le Cordon Bleu with Presidential honors. 17 years food service experience. Went on to study Culinary Nutritionist and Cooking for difficult diets. I take the information from the dietician and doctors and help teach the client how.to shop, prep, and cook meals they'll love. Learning to love your food is key to a happy life. I am a mom of 3 girls. (13, 11, & 8). My health has made it so that I am home bound for now, due to vertigo and ongoing headaches. I have spent over a year trying to get a diagnosis, to no avail. Yet. I want to do what I can to help others and my family in the process. I love to cross stitch, and reading. Right now I'm working part time as the office manager and book keeper of the hobby shop my husband runs.
