Do you want to transition to veganism? I can help! I can create meal plans for you that would fit in with your budget.
I will introduce you to the best and greatest vegan products, restaurants and people all over the world and more. I will gather recommendations from local vegans (your area) using social media to customize your plan.
I will create a plan based on your needs and wants that will help you become/maintain being a vegan.
How it works:
Step 1: You will fill out an introduction questionnaire containing questions about your lifestyle, eating habits and shopping habits.
Step 2: Based on your answers to the introduction questionnaires, I will create a completely personalized plan for you.
Step 3: You will try the plan our for a week, then we will have discussed what worked and what didn't, and modify the plan as needed.

I am a healthy, happy and functioning vegan, I have taken multiple food and nutrition courses at Mohawk College and
My mother is a chef, I learned a lot from her. I have helped friends and family members transition to a vegan life.
