30-minute breath work practice

I will tailor and guide breathing practices in accordance with specific needs, health considerations, and overall wellness goals of the client. Practices can be used to help with stress management, nervous system regulation, relaxation, focus, pain management, and relapse prevention, among other things. Overall psychological and emotional self-regulation is enhanced with regular practice.
Training & Qualifications
I hold a Master of Science in Yoga Therapy, as well as a certification from International Association of Yoga Therapists. Clinical experience has focused on chronic illness and chronic pain including trauma and Lyme disease, substance use recovery, and women's health.
Availability & Preferences
Flexible, depending on week's work schedule.
