I train and certify with the Heart and Stroke Foundation in CPR/AED/First aid. There are different levels, depending on your needs!
Level A Heartsaver (for everyone)
Level C BLS (for healthcare professionals)
First aid 4hrs, 8hrs, 16hrs (depending on your needs)
It can seem a bit complicated, but message me so I can explain and help you find what suits you best!
Training & Qualifications
I am a certified Heart and Stroke Foundation instructor. Also, what sets me apart from other instructors is that I am a civilian paramedic as well as a military medic for the Canadian Forces. This gives me a wide range of knowledge and real life experiences.
