Guided Computer Repair

I will attempt to guide you through both hardware and software computer problems virtually. the customer can describe the problem over to me and after seeing what the problem is, a deal can be made for payment and the guiding can start. A skype call might be needed with a camera so that computer problems can be seen by me. Through my best effort I will attempt to guide the customer through the repair. Some repairs are easy and some are hard, in the case of a harder repair, I will ask to be able to remotely connect to the computer to do the repair (please note, microsoft and other companys do the same thing, it s nothing new)Hardware repairs are a bit more tricky, If needed, I will also give recommendations to anything the customer might need to buy to complete the repair.
If a customer feels to uncomfortable beeing guided through the repair, under special circumstances, the hardware could be sent to my work address and I can do the repair, although this is a last resort option.
Training & Qualifications
Although I do not have any degrees in any it field. I do work with computers almost everyday a week. I am a staff member in my summer camps technology lodge. I am in my schools computer sciences and robotics club. And I am currently the head to a group of people to make Linux OS tutorial guides and videos. I have helped with computer problems all around my home town and I love doing it.
Availability & Preferences
During the school seasons I am free on the weekends and after 5:00 on weekdays. During the summer I am free on saturdays.
