I'm just trying to do no harm. I'm sort of a refugee from Brooklyn, NY so I'm still experiencing culture shock here in South Philly. Everyday I try to employ self care, which means I don't drink, smoke cigarettes or use illegal drugs. I also try to eat well and get enough sleep.
