I'm many things. I'm a graphic designer by trade - considering that's what I went to school for. I'm a complete bookworm and amateur writer. I'm a perfectionist in many ways, spotting what's wrong and/or seeing how something can be made better. For example, if you have an ad where the main background is food on a light background, the text on the background... if you sample a medium to dark color from the food for the color of the text, that will tie your ad together better. And please, please don't stretch text disproportionately - it saddens me when you do so.
For hobbies, along with reading and writing I love to listen to music of all types (musicals are my favorite), watch TV and movies, and play video games for extended amounts of time. The ones I'm currently most enamored with are World of Warcraft (been playing off and on for 11 years, believe it or not - and I have a character for every class), Fallout 4 (so fun to play different character types!), and Elder Scrolls when the mood strikes... usually Oblivion or Skyrim. I've actually been playing since I was a kid, and RPGs are my genre of choice...
I also love to cook, and can get quite passionate about food. I make an awesome super-bad-for-you potato soup (nicknamed "Heart Attack in a Bowl") and my peanut butter cookies are delicious. Also, a tip: sesame oil is to die for. Just saying.
Overall, if you can't tell, I'm a geek. Movies, anime, video games , fanfiction - all the geekiness.
