Laing is an old Filipino recipe stemming from the province of Bicol, this spicy dish is made from Taro (Gabi) leaves, which is rich in Vitamins A, C, and iron. Cooking Laing is easy and simple as there's no need to saute or use cooking oil. All you have to do is boil the coconut milk with taro leaves on it until the leaves becomes soft.
