Geoffrey was unable to execute the particular design I had in mind. He provided a couple of samples with logos that were unoriginal and uninspiring. ...Also, I had requested source files in order to be able to edit them, he provided .doc files. When we were in a back and forth conversation, he did not excuse himself or let me know he would be unable to answer my questions for the rest of the night. I let him know kindly the reasons for my cancellation. Even there is no exchange of money, I feel Simbi transactions should be treated just as professionally and considerate as regular transactions. Geoffrey has a lot of great reviews, perhaps this particular time it was different. I'm pretty sure he will continue to get more positive reviews. Wish him the best. show more
