In addition to my reiki service, I also do some things from Access Consciousness™.
They are all hands-on body processes where you lie down on a massage table, fully clothed. They involve very light touch, usually staying in the same spot for a very long time before moving on.
Access Bars®:
Basically deletes all of the un-useful, limiting beliefs and points of view we either absorbed from everyone else, or concluded all by ourselves. Extremely relaxing and transformative.
Access Energetic Facelift®:
Undo the effects of gravity- physical gravity, and emotional weight that drags us down. Frustrations and stuck emotions that get embedded int our face, manifesting as wrinkles. Uproot it all through nourishing, gentle touch. It actually rejuvenates the entire body, not just our face.
Other Access Consciousness™ body processes:
If our points of views are the source of our dis-eases, then we could reverse/eliminate pretty much anything we created. So without getting into a nitty gritty list of the things these body processes can help with, let's just say that if your body created it, your body can uncreate it! Sometimes it just needs a supportive hand asking it to access its own wisdom :)

As a certified reiki practitioner, I have much experience following the energy, knowing where to start and when and where to move on.
I've more recently taken several Access Consciousness™ courses, where new possibilities opened up.
