Very responsive and flexible with the deal which sadly, due to logistics, didn't work in the end.

Gabriel is a really cool person! I bought a new bike and tried to assemble it, but was (justifiably) concerned by my own handiwork. Before I took the ...Schwinn out for a ride, I wanted to make sure that it wouldn't fall apart on me as I rode, like in some comedy movie montage. I thought about going to a bike shop, but decided to passively check Simbi first. I found Gabriel, and he agreed to come over for dinner with my husband and me, and to check out the wheels. Good thing he did! Did you know that putting together a bike with zero knowledge about how to do so is a recipe for assembly error? He took a while tuning the settings and readjusting everything for me, and my bicycle is super customized for my height, size, and comfort now. I didn't even know that bikes could be so well fitted/tailored to the owner! He also taught me how to maintain my bike, things to look out for, how to use a bike lock properly, and offered to follow up after I broke it in. My husband is so impressed with Gabriel & how this went, that he wants to join Simbi too, and have more fun and positive interactions like this. Now all I need to do is re-learn how to ride a bicycle...show more
