I can assist with many aspects of computer/networking troubleshooting and repair. Much of it can be done remotely, barring hardware issues or problems that would block remote attempts. I can also assist with software issues.
Training & Qualifications
I am currently a Network Engineer and have been a help desk technician, supervisor, and IT consultant prior to my current job.
Availability & Preferences
I am usually free all day on Saturdays, and after 6pm during the week.
