I can assist with many aspects of computer/networking troubleshooting and repair. Much of it can be done remotely, barring hardware issues or problems that would block remote attempts. I can also assist with software issues. I am unable to provide much support for MAC machines. Sorry in advance.

Training & Qualifications

I have been a network engineer, help desk technician, help desk supervisor, and IT consultant for 10+ years.

Availability & Preferences

I am usually free all day on Saturdays, and after 6pm during the week.
